Mediterranean Dialogue & Interculturalism | Staff & Student Week in Tlemcen (08–12 Feb 2026) ══════════════════════════════════════ ◀ Abou Bekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen is delighted to welcome academic staff, administrative staff, and students from the University of Primorska (UPR), Slovenia, for a full week dedicated to academic exchange, intercultural dialogue, and shared learning. ◈ The week opened with an official welcome address by Prof. Mourad Meghachou, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, alongside a special online address by H.E. the Ambassador of Slovenia.
